2010...

oh my! where have i been? better late then never. right? for those of you who check the blog, my apologies for my suuuuuper long blog break.... we've been busy! i wanted to let you know that i am now booking for 2010. shoot me an email or give me a buzz and we will jot down the month you are interested in for 2010. as time gets closer, we will pick the exact date/time and venue. lots of you are on the ball already. thanks so much for a fantastic and fun year. 2010 is going to be a BIG one! the newest tastebud magazine will be hitting the stands this week.... full of fall fun! make sure to grab one at your local grocery store, library, locally owned restaurant or store. lots of recipes and articles to get you in the mood for fall.... yipppee!

i think she's a model.

i really do. i think this little gal is a model and her parents are not telling me (ha ha)! she is so, so much fun! i have been looking forward to her and her family session since last year. they are such a super family. happy people. happy to be together. it shows. look at this gorgoeous girl.... wow! and there are more!!!! what's your favorite... color or black and white?

one year

happy. oh, so happy. there were sooo many images from this session that a collage seemed like a great way to go! this will be a 16x20 gallery wrap canvas collage. typically, for a gallery wrap- you choose one picture- but we tried this awhile back and it looked fantastic! (now, i think i might have to get one... or 3). it is rainy here in KC today- photo sessions for today got cancelled... but the sun is supposed to shine for the Labor Day weekend. so, if you have a session- get ready for fun!

2 sessions just opened....

2 sessions just opened up..... those are the only 2 spots i have left for 2009. they are available on a first come basis. holler if you are interested in one of those sessions. i am completely booked for the remainder of 2009- so these 2 sessions "popped up" due to a few client conflicts who had to re-book for 2010. call or email me today if you are interested:)

big brother

this big brother is almost officially a first grader. i found this picture from this summer and it is one of my favorites...maybe you had to be there...maybe you have to be here to know him... to see him... always watching, always caring, sharing his stuff with his little brother, showing him how to build stuff, how to wreck stuff, how to swim and swing a bat..... i sat back and watched- and listened to these 2. wow. lots of us around here will be missing him...but he is one excited soon-to-be first grader! what is he most excited about? (of course, i LOVED his answer) "ART!" he can't wait! this will be his first official "art class" in school in an art room he said. so fun!
